Just Peachy Online bookings
Welcome to the Just Peachy Hair online booking platform. Below, we’ll explain our booking process from deposit through to our cancellation policy.
When booking your service, please ensure that you book the full package and include the toner, cut, and blow-dry etc if that is what you normally have done during visits to our Salon. If you aren’t sure what to book, you can always contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll gladly help you further.
Deposit Required for Online Bookings
For all online bookings, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking on the platform.
How Does It Work?
1. Select a service you would like to book, choose your preferred stylist, pick a date and time and enter your details.
2. In the next step, you will be informed that a deposit is required to secure your booking. You will be redirected to our secure online payments page where you can pay with your valid credit/debit card.
3. Once the transaction has been successful, you will then be redirected back to our bookings page and your booking will be confirmed.
4. You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation of the booking will be sent to you. The deposit payment made will be automatically loaded onto your account at Just Peachy and will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment itself.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or move your appointment to another date or time, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from you (during the Salon’s opening hours) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit payment made will be used to cover the cost of your appointment and you will be required pay another deposit towards another online booking.
